Purpoe Dicoid lupu erythematou (DLE) i an autoimmune diorder that uually affect the un–expoed kin. Periocular involvement occur uncommonly and may progre from eyelid erythema to carring and madaroi. Method Obervational cae report. Reult A cae of DLE that preented with madaroi alone in the abence of preceding kin erythema and carring. Concluion Our cae demontrate that DLE may preent with madaroi alone in the abence of a hitory of preceding erythema and carring.
