Purpoe To report a cae of uccefully treated recurrent choroidal neovacularization after macular tranlocation urgery with 360-degree retinotomy by photodynamic therapy with verteporfin. Deign Interventional cae report Method A 76-year-old man developed recurrent choroidal neovacularization at the new fovea after macular tranlocation urgery with 360-degree retinotomy. Reult Two eion of photodynamic therapy were applied, which reolved the choroidal neovacularization. Bet-corrected viual acuity improved to 20/50 at the 6 and 12 month follow-up. Concluion Photodynamic therapy may be an option for treatment of recurrent choroidal neovacularization in the new ubfoveal region after macular tranlocation urgery with 360-degree retinotomy.
