Purpoe To evaluate the ue of the 20-MHz ultraound probe in facilitating viualization of the poterior len capule in ocular trauma. Deign Interventional cae report. Method erial examination uing 10-MHz, 20-MHz, and 50-MHz ultraound technologie were performed on the anterior egment of the right eye of an 18-year-old man referred with a diagnoi of globe penetration and econdary traumatic cataract. Reult Cro-ectional echogram of the anterior egment uing the 20-MHz ultraound howed poterior len capule integrity. Concluion When verifying the tatu of the poterior len capule in cae of ocular trauma, the 20-MHz ultraound probe i a ueful and novel approach.
