Purpoe To decribe a modified laer technique for identification of bullou retinochii. Deign Retropective interventional cae erie collected over 10 year. Method Forty-one eye with preumed bullou retinochii and break in the inner layer underwent a low-energy argon green laer application at the ame energy a a control pot in adjacent retina. A gray repone in the outer layer equal to the control pot wa diagnotic of retinochii. Reult The laer tet wa poitive for retinochii in 40 of 41 eye. In none of the 40 eye did the elevation progre. Concluion A low-energy argon green laer application through a break in the inner layer of preumed retinochii eliminate the attenuation of the beam and can confirm retinochii.
