Bilateral central retinal artery occluion in Churg-trau yndrome

Purpoe To decribe a rare bilateral central retinal artery occluion in a patient with Churg-trau yndrome. Deign Obervational cae report. Method A 68-year-old Japanee man with Churg-trau yndrome developed udden viion lo in both eye. Medical hitory included bronchial athma, elevated eoinophil, and aortic regurgitation. Reult Central retinal artery occluion wa diagnoed by retinal whitening, a cherry-red pot, and delayed arteriovenou tranit time on fluorecein angiography. Corticoteroid, cyclophophamide, and anticoagulant therapy altered the hypereoinophilia and mononeuriti multiplex, but no viual recovery occurred during the following 2 year. Concluion Bilateral central retinal artery occluion can occur in Churg-trau yndrome. Patient with thi diagnoi hould be carefully followed.
