Purpoe To report the optical coherence tomography finding of a 5-year-old boy with familial foveal retinochii. Deign Obervational cae report. Method Optical coherence tomography finding in familial foveal retinochii wa evaluated. Reult Optical coherence tomography finding demontrated a wide hyporeflective pace that plit the neuroenory retina into a thin faintly reflective outer layer and a thicker more reflective inner retinal layer. Anteropoterior or oblique linear column were een acro thi hyporeflective pace and formed a bridge between the outer and inner retinal layer. Cleavage plane were outer plexiform layer and adjacent nuclear layer. Concluion Optical coherence tomography finding in familial foveal retinochii in early childhood may help u to undertand the early tage of pathology.
