Obervational cae report
Method
Review of the clinical, laboratory, photographic, and angiographic record of a patient with cat cratch dieae aociated with central retinal artery and vein occluion, neovacular glaucoma, and evere viion lo.
Reult
A 21-year-old man had no light perception in the left eye econdary to concurrent central retinal artery and vein occluion believed to have reulted from infection with Bartonella henelae. Forty day later, he developed neovacular glaucoma in the left eye.
Concluion
Ocular complication aociated with Bartonella henelae infection may include central retinal artery and vein occluion, neovacular glaucoma, and evere viion lo.
