Abstract :
Purpoe
To invetigate change in anterior chamber angle configuration with indentation ultraound biomicrocopy goniocopy of relative pupillary block (RPB).
Deign
Cro-ectional tudy.
Method
Thi tudy included 26 eye of 26 patient with RPB. We determined angle opening ditance 500 and angle rece area uing indentation ultraound biomicrocopy goniocopy and compared a mall-ized tandard eye cup with a new eye cup with an area for inducing preure.
Reult
Indentation ultraound biomicrocopy image documented concavity of the iri in eye with RPB. Both the new and the mall tandard eye cup widened the anterior chamber angle ignificantly (P < .0001) without cauing corneal damage. Angle change were ignificantly greater for the new eye cup deign.
Concluion
Indentation ultraound biomicrocopy goniocopy i a ueful technique for obervation and diagnoi of RPB. Uing a mall tandard or the newly deigned eye cup, the procedure can be performed eaily and without cauing corneal damage.
