Method Decription of an otherwie healthy woman who developed delayed-onet fungal endophthalmiti aociated with a preexiting filtering bleb. Reult A 57-year-old woman who underwent trabeculectomy with Mitomycin C in her left eye 8 year earlier preented with a 10-day hitory of pain and decreaed viion in her left eye. he underwent anterior chamber and vitreou tap and injection of intraocular antibiotic. Culture grew the mold Lecythophora mutabili. The patient underwent treatment with intraocular and ytemic antifungal agent, three par plana vitrectomie, partial iridectomy, and cryopexy to the bleb and angle tructure. Four month after her lat treatment, her left eye how no reidual infection, and viion correct to 20/80. Concluion Bleb-aociated endophthalmiti caued by L. mutabili i reitant to amphotericin B but reponive to intravitreal and ytemic voriconazole together with par plana vitrectomy, iridectomy, and cryopexy to the bleb and angle tructure.
