Purpoe To decribe the feature of atypical pigment diperion in a child. Deign Obervational cae report. Method Retropective chart review. Reult An 8-year-old boy preented with midperipheral iri tranillumination defect, iri backbowing, heavy pigmentation of the trabecular mehwork, and elevated intraocular preure. He alo had everal atypical feature including emmetropia, mild poterior ubcapular cataract, mall pupil, and peripheral anterior ynechiae. Concluion Pigment diperion in childhood i unuual and may have different feature from thoe claically decribed in adult.
