Purpoe To preent two cae of pediatric Cogan yndrome and to highlight the difference between the adult and pediatric form of the dieae, a well a the importance of early diagnoi and treatment. Deign Interventional cae report. Method Intitutional etting. Reult Corneal leion were much more diffue than thoe oberved in adult Cogan yndrome. Immunouppreive drug combination therapy uccefully reolved ytemic and ocular inflammation, but the involvement of the pupillary area caued permanent low viion in one cae and amblyopia in the other. Concluion When chronic ocular inflammation i oberved in aociation with enory neural hearing lo and any ytemic ign of autoimmune inflammation, a diagnoi of Cogan yndrome hould be upected. If immunouppreive treatment i not initiated a oon a poible, permanent low viion and deafne can reult.
