Abstract :
Purpoe
To report a novel tet that ue computerized kinetic perimetry to detect tubular viual field in patient with functional viual lo.
Deign
Obervational cae erie.
Method
Ten patient who demontrated generalized viual field contriction on prior examination underwent teting combining computerized kinetic perimetry with a revered Galilean telecope, ued for optical viual field expanion.
Reult
ix patient with phyiologic viual field contriction demontrated expanion of their viual field with the ue of the revered telecope. Four patient with functional viual lo reponded to the revered telecope by demontrating tubular viual field, with repone equal to or maller than their demontrated viual field delineated without the telecope.
Concluion
Thi tet ue a computerized kinetic examination to reduce the ubjective nature of tangent creen teting for tubular viual field and to provide a computerized recording of viual field. Thi method i a novel and eay-to-ue technique to demontrate functional viual lo.
