Purpoe To report a cae of acute myeloid leukemia with bilateral proptoi a the ole preenting ign. Deign Obervational cae report. Method A patient with bilateral proptoi wa een in conultation by pediatric ophthalmology. Reult Complete blood count, computerized tomography, and bone marrow biopy confirmed the diagnoi of acute myeloid leukemia, with the proptoi due to diffue infiltration of all extraocular mucle. Concluion In a child with the udden onet of proptoi without any other ytemic finding, the diagnoi of acute leukemia mut be conidered.
