Purpoe To report polioi a a ide effect aociated with topical protaglandin F2α (PGF2α) analog. Method Cae erie. Reult even patient treated with different topical PGF2α analog for primary open angle glaucoma developed bilateral polioi, either alone or in combination with other advere effect of PGF2α analog therapy. Concluion Polioi i a poible advere effect of topical PGF2α analog therapy which i previouly unreported. Topical PGF2α analog therapy hould be included in the differential diagnoi of patient with polioi.
