Purpoe To report an unuual bilateral ulcerative lid involvement a the preenting manifetation of a evere Crohn dieae. Deign Obervational cae report. Method Decription of an otherwie healthy woman who initially preented with bilateral ulcerative lid involvement before the dicovery of an extenive ulcerative intetinal inflammatory dieae. Reult A 32-year-old woman preented with bilateral ulcerative blephariti. he alo complained of aphthou oral leion and diarrheic epiode for the previou 3 day. Impreion cytology of the lid ulcer howed conjunctival cell, together with the preence of lymphocyte and macrophage. Colonocopy and colonic biopy were characteritic of Crohn dieae. The treatment with ytemic corticoteroid healed bowel, oral, and lid margin ulcerative leion. Concluion The imultaneou appearance of ulcerative leion in the intetinal mucoa and in the mucocutaneou lid margin and the comparable feature encountered in the cytologic tudie indicate that ulcerative lid margin dieae could be an ocular manifetation of Crohn dieae.
