Purpoe To report a cae of Langerhan cell hitiocytoi preenting a a limbal nodule. Deign Obervational cae report. Method A 26-year-old man preented with a uperior limbal ma. On clinical examination, an infiltrative/neoplatic leion wa upected, and a differential diagnoi of limbal amyloidoi, limbal fibrou hitiocytoma, lymphoma, and juvenile xanthogranuloma wa made. There wa no other aociated ocular or ytemic abnormality. An exciion biopy wa performed. Reult The hitopathology and immunohitochemical taining examination etablihed the diagnoi of limbal Langerhan cell hitiocytoi. Concluion To the bet of our knowledge, thi i an unuual preentation of Langerhan cell hitiocytoi, and although rare, Langerhan cell hitiocytoi hould be included in the differential diagnoi of a limbal ma.
