Two eye of two patient developed uncontrolled IOP depite maximal antiglaucoma medication. Thee eye underwent vitrectomy and removal of triamcinolone acetonide.
Reult
IOP returned to normal in 3 week and 1 week, repectively, after vitrectomy.
Concluion
