Abstract :
Purpoe
To report in four patient with retinal vein occluion the preence of biomicrocopically viible circulation in the minor arterial circle of the iri, preceding rubeoi iridi in two cae.
Deign
Retropective obervational cae erie.
Method
Four patient with ichemic type of central or hemi-central retinal vein occluion een at a ingle center.
Reult
Dilation of the minor arterial circle remnant with biomicrocopically viible circulation wa oberved in four eye of four adult patient with evere retinal ichemia econdary to retinal vein occluion and preceded the occurrence of anterior egment neovacularization in two cae.
Concluion
In patient with ichemic retinal vein occluion, the clinical finding of a dilation of the minor arterial circle may indicate the neceity of a cloer follow-up to make a timely deciion on panretinal photocoagulation.
