Optical coherence tomography in Betʹ dieae: An obervational cae report

Purpoe To report the optical coherence tomographic (OCT) finding in a cae of Betʹ dieae. Deign Obervational cae report. Method Optical coherence tomography wa carried out to undertand the pathogenei of Betʹ dieae in a 13-year-old girl. Reult Optical coherence tomography demontrated that the lipofucin accumulated in a cytic pace underneath the retinal pigment epithelium in the “peudohypopyon tage” of Betʹ dieae. It alo demontrated the diruption of the photoreceptor in the “crambled egg” tage. Concluion Thee new OCT finding could explain the retention of good viual acuity in the “peudohypopyon tage” and the lo of viual acuity in the “crambled egg” tage of Betʹ dieae.
