To report the clinicopathologic feature of a olitary uperficial angiomyxoma ariing in the eyelid.
Deign
Cae report.
Method
A retropective review of the clinical and pathologic feature of a patient with olitary uperficial angiomyxoma in the eyelid.
Reult
A 47-year-old male preented with a right upper lid ma for 6 month. Exciional biopy wa performed, and microcopic examination revealed a tumor compriing looe pindle or tellate-haped cell in myxoid troma prinkled with mall number of neutrophil. The tumor cell were negative for mooth mucle actin, demin, -100 protein, and CD34 on immunotaining.
Concluion
Ophthalmologit hould be aware of uperficial angiomyxoma a a rare cutaneou tumor with a tendency for local recurrence. Multiple leion and occurrence in the external ear can be aociated with the Carney’ complex.
