Purpoe To demontrate the plane of premacular hemorrhage in Valalva retinopathy with optical coherence tomography Deign Obervational cae report Method Two young men with Valalva tre-related premacular hemorrhage were evaluated by OCT can, taken jut above the level of edimented blood. Reult In both cae, OCT demontrated two ditinct membrane: a highly reflective band immediately above the premacular hemorrhage, correponding to the internal limiting membrane, and an overlying patchy membrane with low optical reflectivity conitent with poterior hyaloid. Concluion OCT upported the clinical impreion that the plane of premacular hemorrhage in Valalva retinopathy i probably under ILM. Larger cae tudie are required to confirm thi finding
