Purpoe To report poitive polymerae chain reaction (PCR) for Mycobacterium tuberculoi from the vitreou and epididymal fluid in a patient of choroidal tuberculoma and epididymiti. Deign Interventional cae report. Method etting: Intitutional etting. intervention: Vitreou and epididymal fluid tap ubjected to PCR for primer I 6110 equence pecific for M. tuberculoi. Purification of DNA product and equencing on an automated DNA equencer. Intitution of antitubercular therapy. main outcome meaure: Matching of equence with NCBI’ data bank repone to antitubercular therapy. Reult DNA product from vitreou and epidiymal fluid matched with I 6110 equence of M. tuberculoi. Choroidal granuloma and epididymiti reponded to antitubercular therapy. Concluion imultaneou choroidal tuberculoma and epididymiti reulted from an infection by M. tuberculoi, and both matched with I 6110 equence of M. tuberculoi.
