Method A 64-year-old Japanee man preented with exophthalmo and choroidal fold of the right eye without general ymptom and received ophthalmologic and laboratory examination, magnetic reonance imaging (MRI), and orbital biopy. Reult Antibodie againt HTLV-1 were extremely high but atypical lymphocyte were not preent in the peripheral blood. MRI howed multiple tumorou leion in both orbit. Orbital biopy revealed an orbital ma that conited of atypical lymphocyte originally from T cell and etablihed the diagnoi of lymphoadenopathy type of ATLL. Concluion Although ocular involvement by ATLL i extremely rare, ATLL can firt preent in the orbit, and only the reult of a biopy can provide definitive information for it diagnoi.
