Complication Following Ex-Pre Glaucoma hunt Implantation

Purpoe To report pot-operative coure and complication in patient who underwent Ex-Pre glaucoma hunt placement. Deign mall cae erie. Method Four patient were referred for management following Ex-Pre hunt implantation. Patient underwent complete ophthalmologic evaluation and were appropriately managed. Reult Of the four patient, two had inadequate control of intraocular preure related to bleb failure caued by ubconjunctival car tiue formation. One patient experienced uprachoroidal hemorrhage 5 day after hunt placement followed a year later with conjunctival eroion and hunt rim expoure. Endophthalmiti from conjunctival eroion over the Ex-Pre hunt rim wa oberved in one patient. Concluion Patient with ubconjunctival implantation of the Ex-Pre hunt hould be monitored cloely for poible conjunctival eroion that can lead to endophthalmiti and failure from fibroi.
