Reult An iri fixated phakic IOL i now approved in the United tate (U). There are concern for corneal endothelial tability and late dilocation. Other approache include anterior chamber fixation with concern of corneal endothelial tability and pupil elongation, and poterior chamber fixation with concern of cataract formation, IOL dilocation, and pigment diperion.
