Management of evere Hypotony with Intravitreal Injection of Vicoelatic

Purpoe To invetigate the effect of an intravitreal injection of odium hyaluronate 1.4% and 2.3% in the treatment of hypotony. Deign Interventional cae erie. Method Intravitreal injection of odium hyaluronate 1.4% wa performed to treat peritent hypotony in three eye after the ucceful repair of retinal detachment and in one eye with uveiti. Injection of odium hyaluronate 2.3% wa performed in one eye after the ucceful repair of retinal detachment with removal of ilicone oil. Reult At the lat follow-up examination (2-16 month), intraocular preure increaed to at leat 5 mm Hg (5-14 mm Hg) in all eye that had been injected with odium hyaluronate. Intraocular preure increaed to 38 mm Hg in the eye that had been injected with odium hyaluronate 2.3% on potoperative day 1 and wa 10 mm Hg at three month. Viion improved in all patient. Concluion Intraocular injection of odium hyaluronate 1.4 and 2.3% appear to be efficaciou in revering hypotony in ome eye. Functional and tructural finding can alo improve.
