Recurrent Multiple Cavernou Hemangioma of the Orbit in Aociation With ytemic Tumor

Purpoe To report the clinical finding and management of multiple, recurrent cavernou hemangioma of the orbit in a patient with concurrent liver involvement. Deign Interventional cae report. Method An analyi of clinical finding, radiology and treatment wa conducted with a literature review. Reult A 35-year-old woman with blurry viion and proptoi wa found to have multiple cavernou hemangioma of the orbit. The tumor were excied completely without complication, and the patient ubequently regained her viion. Fifteen year later, the patient had recurrent, multiple cavernou hemangioma in the ame orbit. Further invetigation for vague back pain revealed a preumed cavernou hemangioma in the liver and a preumed chwannoma ariing from the neural foramen of the pine at the level of T2 through T4. Concluion Multiple cavernou hemangioma may recur after complete exciion and may exit with concurrent ytemic tumor.
