Purpoe To report the optical coherence tomographic (OCT) feature in eye with tuberculou choroidal granuloma. Deign Interventional cae erie. Method Nine eye of nine patient with tuberculou granuloma of the choroid were tudied uing OCT can. Reult OCT can through the leion revealed a ditinctive feature of attachment between the retinal pigment epithelial- choriocapillari layer and the neuroenory retina over the granuloma (“contact” ign). Thi wa aociated with urrounding ubretinal fluid and inflammatory infiltrate in the deeper retinal layer. Concluion OCT can be ueful in the differentiating choroidal tuberculou granuloma from noninflammatory leion with a imilar clinical appearance.
