Method A 27-year-old HIV-poitive woman with fever, headache, and vomiting wa examined. Lumbar puncture wa performed and revealed C neoforman infection. Her condition evolved with udden bilateral blindne and deafne. Ophthalmologic examination revealed multiple yellowih choroidal leion in the poterior pole of both eye. Reult Potmortem examination howed dieminated C neoforman infection. Hitologic examination of the eye confirmed the preence of C neoforman in the choroid. Concluion Multifocal choroiditi in C neoforman infection i a rare ophthalmic manifetation. The recognition of thi condition by ophthalmologit can help phyician to diagnoe a dieminated and fatal dieae.
