Acquired Capillary Hemangioma in the Lacrimal ac Region

Purpoe To decribe two cae of acquired capillary hemangioma in adult, in the lacrimal ac region. Deign Interventional cae report. Method Review of the hitory, clinical examination, and pathologic finding. Reult Two patient, an 80-year-old woman and a 50-year-old man, preented with a hitory of tearing and a lowly growing nodular ma in the lacrimal ac area. Probing and irrigation howed a patent drainage ytem in both cae. Both leion were biopied. Hitopathologic examination of the pecimen howed capillary hemangioma. Concluion Capillary hemangioma in the lacrimal ac area may preent with clinical feature of more common leion uch a dacryocytiti or mucocele, or rarer lacrimal ac malignancie. They hould therefore be conidered in the differential diagnoi of any nodular leion in thi area in adult, even at a very late age.
