Abstract
Purpoe
To decribe two cae of late Capular Bag Ditention yndrome (CBD) and poterior capular opacification (PCO) a documented on Pentacam.
Deign
Cae erie.
Method
A 55-year-old male and a 72-year-old female preented three year after phacoemulification and intraocular len (IOL) implantation with a complaint of decreaed viion. cheimpflug imaging wa done uing Pentacam. Patient underwent Nd:YAG capulotomy for PCO, and potcapulotomy capular bag dynamic were imaged on Pentacam.
Reult
Three year after phacoemulification, patient preented with blurred viion and poterior bowing of opacified poterior capule. Anterior capular opening wa apparently ealed by len optic, and pace between IOL and opacified poterior capule wa filled with turbid fluid. Nd:YAG laer capulotomy wa done. All finding, including collape of ditended bag, were preciely documented on cheimpflug image.
Concluion
Pentacam cheimpflug imaging i a ueful technique to diagnoe and document the preence and progre of CBD and PCO.
