Deign Retropective cae erie. Method Chart review of patient with fungal keratiti who were treated with topical and oral voriconazole. Reult Nine patient were treated. Two patient were contact len wearer who ued multipurpoe cleaning olution. Corneal iolate found were Fuarium (three patient), Candida albican (three patient), Alternaria (one patient), copulariopi (one patient), and cedoporium apiopermum (one patient). Nine patient were treated with topical voriconazole, and eight patient were treated with oral voriconazole. Patient were treated topically for four to 16 week (mean, 10 week) and orally for five to 17 week (mean, 10 week). One patient wa lot to follow-up. Two patient dicontinued the topical voriconazole after one day and four week, repectively, becaue of ocular burning. Of the even patient who were treated with topical therapy and followed, five condition healed. Concluion Voriconazole i a new, promiing therapy for fungal keratiti that i refractory to tandard antifungal treatment. Article Outline Acknowledgement Reference
