Abstract :
Purpoe
We report a cae of pontaneou reolution of donor dik partial dilocation after deep lamellar endothelial keratoplaty (DLEK).
Deign
Cae report.
Method
A 70-year-old male with right peudophakia bullou keratopathy underwent DLEK. Potoperatively, a partial dilocation of inferior donor dik wa noted. Repoitioning urgery with ga tamponade wa performed.
Reult
The interfacial eparation remained after ga tamponade. Two week later, corneal edema ubided, and there wa a reduction in interfacial eparation. One month after DLEK, donor dik pontaneouly attached to recipient corneal bed. At the ix-month follow-up, atigmatim wa 1.75 diopter. pecular microcopy howed endothelial count of 1520 cell/mm2. pectacle-corrected viual acuity improved to 6/15.
Concluion
Partial dilocation of donor dik after DLEK ha a poibility of pontaneou reolution, even after a failed attempt at ga tamponade.
