Choroidal Fold in Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada Dieae

Purpoe To analyze choroidal fold in Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) dieae by fluorecein angiography (FA), indocyanine green angiography (ICGA), and optical coherence tomography (OCT). Deign Retropective, conecutive cae erie. Method Record of 95 patient diagnoed with VKH dieae from October 2001 to July 2006 were reviewed. All patient underwent FA, 17 patient underwent ICGA, and 20 underwent OCT. Reult Of the 95 patient, 11 (12.0%) had choroidal fold and howed 10 to 15 hypofluorecent band radiating from the optic dik that were imilar to the large retinal veel in hape and number on FA. On ICGA, the choroidal fold howed hyperfluorecence at the late tage. OCT howed clear fold but the number of fold wa larger than on FA and ICGA. Concluion Choroidal fold are not uncommon in VKH dieae. FA, ICGA, and OCT can help to identify their pathogenei.
