In thi group, nine of 12 eye without glaucoma had viual acuity better than 20/100; only four of 11 eye with glaucoma were better than 20/100. Concluion Many children with PKP for Peter anomaly type I can experience good or functional viion in their operated eye. Children with glaucoma have a poorer viual prognoi.
