Abstract :
We report the case of a 39-year-old nonpregnant woman with amenorrhea and galactorrhea after spinal cord surgery. Activation of the afferent neuroendocrine pathway is postulated to have occurred at surgery. (Am J Obstet Gynecol 1997;177:465-6.)
