Resonance frequencies calculated efficiently with the frequency-domain TLM method

An algorithm is presented for the calculation of eigenresonances using the frequency-domain TLM method. It is based on sparse matrices and allows the computationally efficient treatment of large structures. The numerical effort and the accuracy of the solutions are discussed using two example structures.
