Photoclinic Diagnosis: Hydatid Cyst of Bone

A55-year-old female was referred to an orthopedic clinic with the chief complaints of pain and swelling of the lateral side of the right knee joint for a sustained period of time. Radiography of the region showed a lytic, loculated lesion in the lateral condyle of femur with epiphyseal location, cortical expansion, and periosteal reaction.
