Covering Upper Approximations of Rough Sets and Closure Mappings

This paper presents some basic properties of reduction and covering upper approximation of Rough sets. Three kinds of coveringrough set have studied: Semi-reduced, Pointwise-covered and Unary. Some conditions for two covers generating the same covering lower andupper approximations and relationship between closure mappings and three types of upper covering approximation are identical
