Abstract
The implementation of the scenario approach at all levels in the modernnational security process is unavoidable. As long as it is not part of the Bulgarianmilitary practice yet, there is a need the idea to be communicated, and sound explanationsprovided in terms of rationalizing the defense and force planning process
