Abstract :
تهيه ي نانوساختارهاي منگنز اكسيد و كبالت اكسيد با كوچكترين اندازه ذره گزارش شده است. منگنز اكسيد نانوميله و نانوتيوب كبالت اكسيد با روش سل- ژل در مايسل معكوس به ترتيب از منبع KMnO4 و CoCl2 در دماي اتاق تهيه شده اند. مورفولوژي سطح و ساختار منگنز اكسيد بدست آمده با آناليز پراش پرتوي X، SEM و TEM مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است.
Abstract :
The preparation of nanostructure type manganese oxide and cobalt
oxide materials with the smallest particle size is reported here. The
nanorod manganese oxide and cobalt oxide nanotube were prepared
via a sol-gel reaction in reverse micelles from KMnO4 and CoCl2
with respectively source at room-temperature. The structure and
surface morphology of the obtained manganese oxide were studied
by means of X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), scanning electron
microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy.
