Immunohistochemical evaluation of lymphocyte types infiltrate into the canine seminomas

زمينه مطالعه: سمينوما بطور شايعي در بيضه انسان و سگ‌ها بخصوص افراد نهان بيضه ديده مي شود. در تومورهاي سمينوماي انسان و سگ‌ها ارتشاح لكوسيت ها به طور بارزي صورت مي گيرد. هدف:‌ در اين تحقيق مشخص شدن نوع سلول‌هاي لنفوسيت ارتشاحي به بستر تومور سمينوما اهميت دارد. روش كار:‌ ‌ارزيابي ايمونو هيستو شيميايي اين لنفوسيت‌ها كه در مورد پنج بلوك سمينوماي منتشر داراي ارتشاح لنفـوسيتـي انجـام گـرديـد، آنتـي بـادي عليـه مولكول‌هاي ‌3CD،8CD،‌ a79CD بروش ايمونوهيستوشيميايي بكار برده شد.‌ نتايج:‌ ‌لنفوسيت‌هاي T با مشخصه مثبت بودن ‌3CD و ‌8CD در جمعيت لكوسيت هاي ارتشاحي بيشترين فراواني را نشان دادند. اين سلول‌ها ضمن اينكه الگوي منتشر داشتند ولي بيشتردر اطراف عروق مجتمع بودند. هر چند، لنفوسيت‌هاي B نيز بصورت سلول‌هاي تكي، اندك و منتشر در پارانشيم تومور ديده شد. نتيجه‌گيري‌نهايي: نتايج حاصل از اين تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه سلول هاي لنفوسيت ارتشاحي به پارانشيم تومور سمينوماي سگ اغلب از نوع T بخصوص كشنده سلولي و ‌8CD مثبت مي باشد.

BACKGROUNDS: Seminoma is frequently observed in human and canine testes especially in cryptorchids. Canine and human seminomas are typically associated with leukocytic infiltration. OBJECTIVES: We aimed to identify the type of lymphocytes that infiltrate to seminomas. METHODS: Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes were evaluated by immunohistological techniques in 5 dogs with diffuse seminoma. Routine pathological examination of these specimens showed diffuse seminoma with tumor infiltrating lymphocytes in all cases. RESULTS: Lymphocytes in seminomas were predominantly T cytotoxic (CD3+, CD8+) cells. These cells were distributed diffusely, but patchy around the vessels. B-cells were also identified as some rare single cells diffusely scattered in the tumoral parenchyma. CONCLUSIONS: The results of this study showed that the lymphocyte infiltrating cells are mainly T lymphocytes particularly CD8 cytotoxic type.
