A one-way ANOVA and Bonferroni test are used to analyze the data. Results indicated that there was a significant athletic identity in the best three volleyball teams in Asia in total AIMS and Three factors (self identity, social identity, exclusively). Iranian volleyball players had the higher level of AIMS compared to China and Japan. The analysis suggested that there is no significance in athletic identity in the first and second positions in volleyball sport, but this difference is significant in the third positions. Also, on account of the fact that every team has patriotic feeling to his team and country, the negative affectivity in three teams were not significant.
