Abstract :
The art of Maqamaah is consideral as ane of the most importatant skills in Arabic Literature in which we can come upon so many beautiful interpretations representing unique (new) colours and images and the harmony of therhythme which it has in the structure has embdlished it so beautifully.This art was first appeared during the Abbassieds in fourth century A. H. As it was mentioned abow the art of Maqamat is one of the most important skils of Arabic prose and it is the only art that hasan, profited by analysis, contemplation and criticism it could draw the attention of researchers and investigators it could possibly be devdoped and progressd like all the other arts such as tales and the legiacs. About adaptation of Arabic proverbs in Magamat of Hariry, it could be directed that Hariry in addition to his adapting from proverbs, has usal different parts of Quran ... .

يعتبر فن المقامه الفن الخامس من فنون الادب وهو من اهم الفنون الادب العربي وهي عباره عن كتابه مسجوعه حسنه التاليف، تتضمن نكته ادبيه، تدور علي روايه لطيفه مختلقه تنسب الي بعض الرواه. وقد راجت سوقها بين الادبا في القرون التي تلت عصر مخترعها بديع الزمان الهمذاني حيث كان اول من فتح بابها، وسلك طريقها، واشتهر من بعده الحريري واقتبس في مقامته من المواطن المختلفه منها الامثال العربيه لان الامثال اصدق شي الذي يتحدث عن اخلاق الامه وتفكيرها وعقليتها، وتقاليدها وعاداتها، ويصور المجتمع وحياته وشعوره اتم تصوير فهي مرآه للحياه الاجتماعيه والعقليه والسياسيه والدينيه واللغويه. وفي هذه المقاله نحاول باذن الله تعالي ان نذكر بعض الامثال العربيه ودورها في مقامات الحريري.
