Evaluation of agronomic and morphological traits of spring bread wheat genotypes in normal and drought conditions

In order to evaluation of genetic diversity of bread wheat, 135 genotypes were planted in two research stations; GHARAKHYL green house with drought stress 40% and BIEKOLA field with non droughts stress condition 100 % water field capacity in 2008-2009. To awareness from uniformity, variance analysis of check genotypes showed that replications were not significant. To estimate of genetic diversity difference in two locations was used by correlation matrix, principle component analysis. The results showed that flowering date and harvest index had the most positive significant and stem length and diameter had the most negative significant relationship with yield in normal condition. Besides of yield components, vegetation traits had positive significant to yield in stress condition too. In this location on basis of latent root extract, four principle components with yield interpreted 68.45% data variances. The obtained results from factor coefficients showed, all of traits exception of internodes distances were important but in normal condition six principle components with yield interpreted 68.6% data variances that results showed importance of plant height, stem length and diameter, seed yield and biomass.
