Abstract :
In this research, environmental impacts of developed industrial zone and it effects on water resources of Zarjub basin in Rash city(north of Iran) were studied. Two important rivers passing through Rasht city which supplies the most domestic and agricultural water. From pollution point of view, between two named watershed, Zarjub river which supplies the domestic water of Rash in habitant is one of the polluted river in this province even in Iran, this pollution caused to widespread of different kind of infection disease directly or indirectly. polluted factors could be named as followed industrial effluent-urban sewage and agricultural waste. All shops and markets trying to throw their waste to this river. This study tried to introduce that degradation and pollution which arose from developing factors of different urban and rural zone and agricultural waste. By analyzing the data which caused water pollution could be named as followed (BOD), (COD), (PH), (NO3), (TSS), (DO) and coli forms. For accurate data analyzing 12 point selected along the river and sampling completed "specific point being from industrial zone, urban area and agricultural area", sampling implemented every three months, then the acquired data compared with environmental standard table. Result shown that polluted rate is terribly higher than the world standard rate and there is not any self- refining condition exist in this river. By measuring 10 TSS out of 12, the result shown the higher polluted rate(500ML per liter), TDS in 10 test shown this, BOD in 7 test COD in 11 test, FTU in 4 test, PH in 3 test and coli form in all tests shown this contaminated
