Abstract :
ABSTRACT:The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational culture indicators and Leadership style with managers’ job satisfaction in physical education offices of Esfahan. The research is descriptive and correlation study. Managers in Physical Education Offices of Esfahan Province (N=57) were selected the samples of this study. For data collection purposes, the reliable tests of organizational culture, Leadership style profile and job satisfaction (JDI) questionnaire were used. Statistical analysis of data at the p < 0/01 indicated that there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and managers’ job satisfaction. Also, at the p < 0/01 there is a significant relationship between Leadership style and managers’ job satisfaction. Statistical analysis of data too indicated that there is a significant relationship between organizational culture indicators (Creativity, Risk taking, Leadership, Supporting, Integrating, Control, Identity, Reward system, Adaptation with the conflict and Communication patterns) and job satisfaction. There is a significant relationship between whole job satisfaction indicators with Leadership styles (self-centred, liberal and compiling).
