Establishment Workplace Organizing System, 5S

Organizations in every period of their life, in pressed of competitive space of their environment, know that they must have best use of the resources. Organizing of workplace, 5S, is among methods that make possible the organizational progress. Advantages and be and benefits of using this system in economic, cultural and social dimension of humanistic systems in small and large level, reveals the important place of this new managing design. The subject of the recent investigation, is the study of 5S establishment along with neccessary actions about its bed constructing. Employees and personnels had participated in establishment of forementioned design by understanding meaningful points of 5S in decreasing every kind of prodigality and as a result in improvement of the methods and systems with everincreasing interest. The data analysis resulted of statistical test about investigator constructed questionnaire shows that, the personnels and employees had proved using 5 dimensional 5S. Better use of resources, ontime remove of unnecessary materials, finding the root of polutions, reviewing the existence standards, increasing the personnels and employees commitment, improvement of individuals communicating systems, importance necognizing every kind of wastes are the observable cases that were occurred in Islamic Azad university of Ardabil on the basis of establishment of this design.
