Abstract :
Evaluation of levels genetic divesrity A genome among some of Iranian wheats used 7 microsatellite markers. Gel scoring was with present(1) and absent(0) band. The number of alleles per microsatellite marker varied from 2 to 10 (average 5.3) and a total of 97 alleles were detected. That was studing genetic diversity(DI) with average was(0/6). Genetic similarity was calculated with Nei and Lee methods with average 0.676. The highest levels of genetic similarity(0/847) for genotypes were found in Ghas and Alvand and lowest(0/091) was in Gods with L518. The result showed that all of the genotpye could be distinguished and clustered into 5 groups that it is high genetic diversity in iraninan wheats.
