Abstract
ABESTRACT: Abortion is one of the most important worldwide factor and its economical losses is the predominant index in dairy cattle breeding .The purpose of this study is to determine the abortion of the bacterial and fungal agents and methods to control it .In this study 29 aborted bovine samples Microbiologically tested in lab (some of the collected uterine excretion was not accessible due to abortion). All the aborted bovines being serologically negative to Brucellosis. All the samples cultured in Sterilized condition tested for bacterial and fungal isolation in Guilan veterinary lab. From 8 samples (27.5%) Microorganisms didnʹt separate and from 21 (72.5%) remaining samples 31 different Micro organisms separated as followed: E.coli (39%), Staphylococcus aureus (13%), Staphylococcus epidermicus (9.5%), Streptococcus faecalis (9.5%), Bacillus (13%) and Aspergillus (16%).
